1. Shipping & Delivery

At Rock & Republic, we strive to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible to get your pieces to you. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Please allow 2–3 business days for our team to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer Standard Shipping for all domestic orders across the United States.

Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $75 and over.
Standard Shipping Rate: For orders under $75, a flat shipping fee of $6.95 will be applied at checkout.
Carrier: All standard U.S. orders are dispatched via USPS.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic transit typically takes 3–15 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping: Please note that we do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Eligible Destinations: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO and FPO addresses.
Exclusions: We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) or P.O. Boxes at this time.
Title of Transfer: Legal title to the product transfers to the buyer at the point of shipment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from one of our distribution centers, a tracking link will be automatically emailed to you. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.
